CCN Working Committee

About the CCN Working Committee

According to the Nepalese rules for the work of NGOs in Nepal, there must be a “Working Committee”, which leads and controls the local work. Members must be Nepalis residing in Nepal.

The 9 local members have been appointed with a view to contributing with local expertise in both the medical and health professions and social and health areas. In addition, they must ensure full “Legal Compliance”.

Chimalaya Charity Nepal (CCN) Working Committee ensures constructive cooperation with Nepal’s Social Welfare Council (SWC). The result of the collaboration is a SWC approved “CCN Charter Budget”, according to which we manage our local activities.
